It's easy to buy items on taafoo.com and we provide you with various payment and
delivery options. You can either buy online, by telephone or in-person.
Buying Online
- Add the products you want into your shopping bag.
- From your shopping bag, select Interswitch as your payment option.
- Provide your delivery address and GSM.
- You will be redirected to the Interswitch website.
- Enter your debit card details. Yes, it's totally secure.
- Your order will be shipped once payment is confirmed.

Buying Offline
- Add the products you want into your shopping bag.
- Select any of the offline payment options: Bank payment, Cash-on-Delivery, Pay-in-Person.
- An order will be generated for you with a unique ID.
- If you selected Bank Payment, then call us before and after payment with your order ID.
- If you selected COD, someone will call you about delivery. COD attracts a fee of N500 within Lagos only.
- If you selected Pay-in-Person someone may call you to confirm your order.

Return/Exchange Policy
taafoo.com provides full refund on items purchased online with either a Debit Card, a Credit Card or Bank Deposit. No questions asked, however you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your purchase and return the item within 7 days after notifying us. *Not Applicable to underwear, earrings & cosmetics.
Items returned in its original condition within 7 days of purchase or receipt of items with proof of purchase can
be exchanged. This is not applicable to the following:
- Good purchased during sales or on promotion.
- For reasons of hygiene, this policy does not extend to undergarments or cosmetics
Delivery
Items for delivery within Lagos are delivery within 1-2 business day based on availability while items for delivery outside Lagos takes
